Our story began with a fortunate encounter with Openroom. As a seasoned landlord who has weathered the turbulent seas of tenant disputes for over a decade, I immediately resonated with Weiting’s narrative of tenant tribulations.

Beginning with over 32,000 records from Ontario’s Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) available on CanLii, our database is rapidly expanding by integrating unpublished LTB orders from other third-party websites. We’re proud to offer the most extensive search of ONLTB decisions.

We are committed to assisting everyone in making safer decisions, whether you’re a landlord or a tenant. But our ambitions extend beyond this – we’re actively developing additional tools and services to foster a harmonious rental environment. Our vision? landlords and tenants live in peace with mutual trust and respect.
